The pupils of St. Dominic Primary School recently visited the clients at St. Martin’s Home where they made a donation of items for the White and Yellow Cross Foundation Activity Department of the home. In keeping with the theme “We Are Called to Share with Others,” every class raised funds for some needed items such as manicure tables, radio/CD player, karaoke system and a foot bath. The pupils also sang some songs and spent time socialising with the clients. The Activity Department and its clients were overjoyed with such a generous and needed gesture. They expressed their sincerest gratitude and indicated that the gift items will surely be put into use.
