PHILIPSBURG--Finance Minister Richard Gibson Sr. has requested a postponement today’s urgent Central Committee meeting of Parliament. The session to discuss the draft amendments to the 2017 budget was slated to start at 2:00pm in Parliament House.
The meeting is postponed “until further notice,” according to the postponement notice sent to Members of Parliament. No reason for the postponement was given in the correspondence.
