Better late than never

Government’s roof repair programme kicks off this week with the first four houses belonging to pensioners and mentally-challenged applicants. The recipients did not have any home insurance.

The start of the programme was delayed due to Government scrapping plans of the former National Alliance-led coalition to purchase materials overseas; instead, buying at home.
