A demonstration against legalising gay-marriage in Curaçao was held by Fundashon Ban Halsa e Standarte, Asosashon Pastornan Kristian and Fundashon Protehá Famia on Friday.
Between 800 and 1,000 people showed up for the protest that started with a march from Waaigat to Plaza Wilhelmina, where various religious leaders spoke. Several Members of Parliament (MPs) from both coalition- and opposition parties were present.
