E.M.C.R.’s Spain passport was also controlled by Immigration, who also discovered the front page of his passport was printed. Both men were arrested for traveling with falsified passports.

During their arrest, both men had in possession, passports of the Dominican Republic. While controlling those passports, it was also discovered that they contained false visas from the Netherlands. Both suspects were transported to the police station in Philipsburg and the false documents confiscated for further investigation.
