Pool players can get their game tested and rated

A-league pool player Michael Parris gets his game tested and rated at the R.H. Pool Club Academy.

MIDDLE REGION—Top athletes are constantly tested to determine their fitness level and progress of training. Such testing is now available for pool and billiard players on St. Maarten

The R.H. Pool Club Academy is offering to test players using the Pool Rating System.
The test consists of sinking number one through 10 balls without a miss. Each time a ball does not fall, the balls are re-racked and the process starts over.
“The player must sink all the balls twice in one section,” said tester Rodolphe Hyman. The results are then calculated, and the results presented to the shooter.
Already several of the Island’s top players have been tested and rated.
Cost to be tested is U.S. $15.
For more information or to register call Rodolphe Hyman at 5245026.
