Local Baseball series swings into high gear

POND ISLAND—The Pelican Baseball League 7  game series swings into high gear at the Little League Baseball Stadium tonight.
It is a clash of titans as the Quisqueyanos take on the 721 Elite in what promises to be a spectacular showdown that will keep you on the edge of your seats. After three games last weekend, Quisqueyanos leads 721 Elite 2-1.


With a lineup that's been delivering jaw-dropping performances and pitchers ready to light up the mound, this game is an absolute must-watch!
So far, this is the stats of the players who have been lighting up the diamond:
Marc Ramirez (Quisqueyanos): With a batting average of .444 and a slugging percentage of 1.111, Ramirez has been a force to reckon with. He's launched two home runs and brought in five RBI's, making him a true power hitter.
Rafael Richardson (Quisqueyanos): Richardson boasts a .400 average and has driven in four crucial runs. His consistent hitting is exactly what the team needs.

The pitchers bringing the heat are Frank Cepeda (721 Elite) with an ERA of 1.90 and nine strikeouts. Cepeda has been a reliable ace on the mound, ready to shut down the opposition.
