Cruise ship “Wind Surf” was still in port on Tuesday. She berthed at Port St. Maarten more than a week ago, after being given permission by government to take on fuel and provisions. No one on board the vessel was allowed to disembark.
The vessel was to leave St. Maarten after receiving instructions from her head office as to her next port of call.
