SXM Vegan has donated US $1,200 to Animal Defenders to help with the foundation’s projects, which include caring for stray and unwanted dogs and cats. The funds were raised at a one-night-only vegan dinner prepared by the island's best vegan cooks. The donation was presented to Mercedes De Windt of Animal Defenders at the end of the dinner.
