The United Democrats board and the boards of United People’s (UP) party and Democratic Party (DP) met Thursday evening to plan, among other things, the upcoming party congress on January 21 and the campaign for the February 26 snap parliamentary election.
The meeting was chaired by United Democrats board president Stuart Johnson. “True political unity was displayed tonight in the interest of the country moving forward. It’s time we recapture the hope of rebuilding St. Maarten and its economy,” said Johnson
