For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Dorian, located a few hundred miles east-northeast of the southeast Bahamas.
A tropical wave is moving westward from the coast of Africa. Some development of this system is possible early next week over the eastern and central tropical Atlantic.
