The driver who lost his life on Monday during a traffic accident on L.B. Scott Road has been identified as 20-year-old Jean Rony Virgile. Police reported on Tuesday that the driver lost control of his vehicle due to high speed and crashed into the guardrail of a bridge in the area.
Virgile suffered massive trauma to his body and head and died because of his injuries.
