A memorial has been laid in Belvedere on the spot where a 17-year-old was shot and killed after an apparent argument last week.
Flowers, candles and empty Heineken and Black Label bottles have all been placed to signify the grief of those mourning slain teenager M.S. He is the sixth person to lose their life due to gun violence in St. Maarten this year. Suspected shooter S.M.L. has since turned himself in at the Philipsburg police station.
