The members of the newly-formed United Tour Operators Foundation are not leaving the full return of cruise ships up to chance.
They have undertaken several projects aimed at getting the country in tip-top shape. Some members took time out on Thursday to replace the paving bricks in several areas along Front Street. This project will continue until some 17 spots are again paved with bricks and safer for residents and tourists to walk on. Group representative Gabriel Amado of Island Sightseeing Tours said there is a long list of things to do and as much as possible will be done using members’ equipment and manpower.
