St. Maarten Carnival Queen Shanice Powell (left) is in Nevis for the annual Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant, set for tonight, Monday. The regional pageant is held in Nevis during the Culturama Festival. Powell will be competing against contenders from six other islands.
