MARIGOT--The suspect in Friday night’s fatal stabbing of a man in his twenties in Agrément was transferred to Guadeloupe on Monday, and is in detention, Capitaine Emmanuel Maignan confirmed. The suspect was arrested Saturday.
There was no news of a sentence by press time.
The victim was seriously injured in the midnight stabbing and passed away in hospital at 1:45am. The motive for the murder was not known.
