This afternoon through Thursday midday: Partly cloudy and breezy conditions can be expected with passing showers possible.

SURFACE WINDS: 
Today through Thursday midday: Easterly with a moderate to fresh breeze of 13 to 22 mph, with occasional gusts possible.

SYNOPSIS: 

The dominant Atlantic high pressure system will continue to support breezy conditions. Additionally, patches of moisture moving with the wind flow could cause a few cloudy periods and passing showers. Otherwise, predominant dry air will restrict significant showers across the local area.
Seas will remain moderate to rough through today. Some improvement is excepted Thursday and Friday before it deteriorates over the weekend.  As a result, the small craft advisory remains in effect. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to continue exercising caution.
