SYNOPSIS:
A relatively dry and stable air mass will restrict precipitation across the local area. In addition, a strong high pressure system centered north of the region will maintain brisk northeasterly winds during this forecast period.

Moderate to rough sea conditions are expected during the next 24 to 48 hours with waves peaking near 10 feet. Consequently, a small craft advisory remains in effect. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
