SIMPSON BAY--Soggy Dollar Bar is back in business and is operating from its upstairs lounge. The nightclub is the first to open back its doors after hurricane Irma swept the island on September 6.
The bar/club opened on Sunday afternoon with loud music and one dollar beer specials for anyone who is looking to relax and take a break from rebuilding their homes or working for more than 8 hours daily.
The business will open daily from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. Music will be provided by DJ Big Boss, Boss Man and hosted by MC So Hype. The original Soggy Dollar will be rebuilt and manager Kurt Luckert has plans to expand the business.
