Saba airport parking closed during runway renovation

Saba’s Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport.

SABA--People visiting Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport in Saba will be confronted with limited parking space for vehicles as preparations for the renovation of the airport runway have started.

The necessary materials and equipment will be transported to the Airport and stored at the parking lot, whereby the parking lot will gradually be closed off for parking.

Up until Monday, August 6, parking will be limited to 24 hours at designated parking places. From August 6, parking will no longer be permitted at the airport. A drop-off location, however, will remain available. The airport will be closed from September 10, at 7:00pm, until October 9, 6:00am, the Public Entity Saba announced.
