Newly appointed St. Maarten Minister Plenipotentiary Jorien Wuite paid a courtesy visit to her colleague from Aruba, Minister Plenipotentiary Guillfred Besaril at the Aruba House in The Hague earlier this week. Besaril presented Wuite with a photo book titled “Aruba” by Dutch artist Marco Borsato.
