ST. EUSTATIUS--The department of the Caribbean Netherlands Police Force KPCN in St. Eustatius was notified of a stolen quad on Saturday, July 21, around 4:05am.
The owner had parked the quad at F.D. Roosevelt Airport on Friday, around 11:30pm, and when he returned the next morning at 4:00 the quad had been taken, KPCN reported Monday.
