SYNOPSIS:  

A trough associated with the remnants of Tropical Depression Eleven will interact with an upper level trough during this forecast period. As a result, cloudy skies can be expected with isolated showers and isolated thunderstorms across the local area. Motorists and persons in low lying areas should exercise caution as localized flooding is possible.

Marine conditions are expected to deteriorate during the next few days as long period northeasterly swells affect local waters. Waves are expected to peak near 7 feet. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
