SYNOPSIS:

A weakened Atlantic high-pressure system will maintain light winds across the region while a dry and stable atmosphere continues to restrict precipitation.

Long period northeasterly swells will continue to affect seas across the region, particularly along the Northern and Eastern shores. As a result, a high surf warning remains in effect. Small craft operators and sea bathers are urged to stay on shore.
