SURFACE WINDS: 

This afternoon through Saturday midday: Easterly with a moderate to strong breeze of 12 to 21 miles per hour, and occasional higher gusts.

SYNOPSIS:

A low-level moisture, along with moderate instability will start affecting the region today. As a result, cloudy skies, increased shower activity and possible isolated thunderstorms are expected during this forecast period.

Marine conditions will remain rough for the next few days with waves peaking up to 8 feet. The small craft advisory remains in effect due to above normal seas and high winds. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue exercising caution.
