SYNOPSIS:
Moisture and instability associated with a passing trough will cause periods of cloudiness and isolated showers across the local region. Some of these showers may be heavy and likely lead to street flooding and rockslides. Therefore, residents and users of vulnerable and flood-prone areas are advised to be vigilant and exercise caution.
Long-period swells affecting coastal waters will persist through the next few days. Small-craft operators and swimmers are advised to remain alert and exercise caution.
