Abundant moisture and instability associated with Tropical Storm Earl will account for cloudiness, showers and possible thunderstorms across the local area. Residents and users of areas prone to flooding are advised to exercise caution as some showers could be moderate to heavy leading to street-flooding and/or rock-slides.   

Slight to moderate sea conditions can be expected. However, small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
