A persistent mid- to upper-level trough continues to maintain unstable conditions across the region. Additionally, moisture from a tropical wave approaching the southern part of the region can be transported across the local area by the east southeasterly wind flow. These will account for, cloudiness with isolated showers across the forecast area.

Seas will gradually rise to moderate conditions with waves peaking near 7 feet from tonight. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
