The dominant Atlantic high-pressure ridge will maintain moderate to brisk easterly winds across the region. Patches of moisture embedded within the wind flow will account for occasional cloudiness and isolated showers across the local area.
As sea conditions continue to subside with winds, an improvement in marine conditions are expected. Consequently, the small craft advisory has been cancelled. Moderate seas are expected with waves peaking up to 6 feet during this forecast period. Nevertheless, small craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution.
