Prosecutor looking for tips to capture Curacao murder suspect

PHILIPSBURG--The Prosecutor's Office of Curaçao is requesting the public on St. Maarten, Saba ad St. Eustatius for their help in finding a suspect of a murder on Curaçao. The suspect is Quincley Emanuel Poppen (23 years), and responsible for an armed robbery and murder on May 9th 2013 on Curaçao.

  Images were shown on television in the Netherlands and Curaçao. “We are now also asking the help of the public on Sint Maarten, Saba and Statia. For each of the two suspects (the identity of the second suspect is unkown) the Prosecutor’s Office will issue a reward of NAF 10.000,” the Prosecutor’s Office stated in a press release issued Friday afternoon.
