DAWN BEACH--Boutique condo hotel Princess Heights Hotel is now 100 per cent operational and open for business after recovering from the ravages of Hurricanes Irma and Maria which struck the island in September 2017.
This hotel offers studios and one- and two-bedroom units while maintaining an atmosphere of privacy and intimacy, complemented by a high level of personalized service.
Princess Heights Hotel has two buildings. The first one was completed in 1995 and the second was put into use in 2008. All the condos of the first building were purchased by various individual owners which gives every condo a particular look and style.
In the second building, some condos are owned by Princess Heights and some belong to different owners. These condos are newer, and most of them look exactly the same in terms of layout, distribution and furnishing.
