Roaming pigs and piglets continued to wreak havoc on garbage bins and collection points in St. Peters. This single parent and her drove had a fiesta in this garbage pile on Sugar Apple Road on Monday a few hours before the garbage was collected. Aside from pigs making a mess, residents are also concerned about the slow pick up of household garbage. Before collection on Monday, the last clearing was Thursday. (John Halley photo)
