Pick 4 Player wins $80,000 by watching movie at home

PHILLIPSBURG-- “Believe, play big and have faith because the game is real.” This was the advice given by Pick 4 winner John Montes Camacho after winning US $80,000 when the lucky numbers he purchased at Golden City Food Market played on Friday, August 10.

The High Tier winner, who previously won $20,000 but isn’t a regular player of the game, decided to try his luck again a few days ago. “I was home watching a movie and this number 7426 was written on a train station and I decided to play this number,” Camacho said.

It was after purchasing the numbers for a second time that Camacho won. “I purchased this number on Tuesday, August 7, and then again on August 10. I was lucky on the latter day and the numbers played just as I bought it. I wagered a total amount of $35, but $20 on this specific number.”

Site Operations Manager at Caribbean Lottery Paula Williams congratulated Camacho on his win. “We are thrilled to know that Mr. Montes Camacho believes in the Pick 4 games as much as we do. We here at Caribbean Lottery wish him the best of luck in the future,” she said.

Camacho is a philanthropist. Even though he is happy about the win, he is planning to donate his winnings to a worthy cause – the church. The win, he declares, “will not make a difference in my life as I am a working man.”
