PHILIPSBURG--Parliament will handle the draft national ordinance to amend the Penal Code in connection with the implementation of some urgent international obligations; the draft national ordinance establishing a new Code of Criminal Procedure and the draft National Ordinance Amending Book 2 of the Civil Code in a public plenary session of Parliament at 11:00am today.
Caretaker Deputy Prime Minister Wycliffe Smith will be present. The public may follow the deliberations in person at the House of Parliament located across from the Courthouse in Philipsburg.
