Nine political parties submitted their lists with a combined 150 candidates on Friday for Aruba’s parliamentary elections of September 22, including newcomer POR of Marisol Lopez-Tromp (photo). MAS, RED and Curpa came during the morning of Nomination Day, followed by ABO, UPP/PPA, MEP, POR, Raiz (photo) and AVP in the afternoon. MEP, POR and AVP all had the maximum number of 29 candidates.
