Mega yacht experience

Linda Gardener (right) will have a one-day French Riviera-style yacht experience with six friends thanks to her winning entry in the Grey Goose Luxurious Yacht Activation Platform hosted by CC1 St. Maarten in collaboration several large retailers. Gardener’s win came from her purchasing a bottle of Grey Goose at Prime Distributors. Her yacht experience will include an open bar and food, video and photography to capture moments, in-store tastings, radio interviews and spots on social media and via a promotional video focused on sending people to caribbeangreygoose.com. This was a way to have consumers switch to a digital channel rather than the traditional way of putting a receipt into a box. The result shows retailers are open to this concept and that it aided product movement from shelves, said Grey Goose Trade Marketer Coordinator Kenty Lichtenberg. Other participating outlets were Sunny Foods, Market Garden, Cost U Less, Penha Perfume Store, Booze It Up and Fairway Mark It.
