Chief Medical Officer Dr. Hazel Laws, Chair of the St. Kitts and Nevis Marijuana Commission.

ST. KITTS--The St. Kitts and Nevis (National) Marijuana Commission is hosting a series of Town Hall Meetings throughout the Federation. The purpose of these meetings is to engage the people, share the facts and latest evidence regarding the medical, social and economic implications of marijuana use and ascertain the people’s position on these complex issues.

The public is invited to the third and fourth Town Hall Meetings scheduled for Wednesday, April 18, and Thursday, April 19, respectively, at the Cayon Community Centre, Cayon, St. Kitts, on Wednesday, and the Butlers Community Center, Nevis, on Thursday. Both meetings will begin at 7:00pm.

The St. Kitts and Nevis Marijuana Commission invites persons living in the Conaree, Keys, Cayon and Butlers communities to come out to their respective Town Hall Meeting, bring along relatives and friends and be informed about the issues related to the use of marijuana. The Commission encourages you to come out and share your views. All are invited to participate in this national debate.
