PHILIPSBURG--The owner of a private vehicle filed a report with police on Sunday, stating that his vehicle which was parked on the Clem Labega Square had been broken into and that the suspect was still sleeping in the vehicle.
On the scene the investigating officers encountered the suspect identified as L.P.L. still asleep in the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and taken to the police station where he remains for questioning and further investigation.
