ST. EUSTATIUS--The possession of an amount of marijuana (commonly called ganja) that is said to have been in violation of the Opium Act has landed a man on St. Eustatius behind bars and has triggered a police investigation.
The man with initials P.A.d.R. was detained in his home around 1:15pm on Wednesday and taken to the St. Eustatius Police Station where he was still detained on Thursday afternoon.
