KPMG Dutch Caribbean to operate as ‘KDC Interim’

PHILIPSBURG--KPMG Dutch Caribbean Audit and Advisory Practice will operate as KDC Interim as of January 1, 2019.

This change is based on a mutual decision reached between KPMG International and KPMG Dutch Caribbean for the firm to withdraw from the KPMG global network by December 31. This reflects the results of a review of the future strategy and plans for KPMG International, the Dutch Caribbean Audit and Advisory firm and KPMG’s presence in the region.

Transitional activities have been arranged and the firm will continue as a stand-alone firm called KDC Interim.

KPMG International and KPMG Dutch Caribbean have been working to facilitate an orderly transition, the firm announced ahead of the change.

KDC Interim will inform all involved about the future following the interim period.
