On Thursday morning a condolence book was opened and signed by citizens of Saba at the Government Administration Building in The Bottom in memory of Joseph “Joe” Richardson, who passed away Saturday after a fierce battle with cancer. Richardson served the communities of Saba and St. Maarten as a politician and board member of several government-owned companies.
He was an Administrator in Saba and a civil servant, Island Councilman and Commissioner in St. Maarten. The funeral is Monday in Philipsburg.
