The situation with homeless and mentally ill persons roaming the streets continues to be a concern of residents on the island. The Daily Herald snapped a picture of this man taking a rest near Burger King at the Le Grand Marché Complex on Bush Road on Thursday.
This newspaper understands that some persons did not feel comfortable walking past the man, especially after the recent incident where a mentally unstable man stabbed a Le Grand Marché shopper in the back with an ice pick.
