PHILIPSBURG--The Special Robbery Unit has added another case to its many investigations, this time an armed robbery at Maya Indian Restaurant on Airport Boulevard at 11:30pm Thursday, March 1.
According to Friday's police report, a man dressed in dark clothing stormed into the establishment with a firearm, threatened two clients who were sitting at the bar and robbed them of cash and other personal belongings.
After committing this act the suspect fled on foot. The police request anyone with information that can lead to the capture of the man to call 9300.
