Govt. liquidity support bond gets subscription

 PHILIPSBURG/WILLEMSTAD--Government has received subscription for its bond issued to cover the NAf. 32.9 million in liquidity support received from the Dutch Government.

The Central Bank of Curaçao and St. Maarten has received subscriptions with respect to the 0.74 per cent loan per May 10, 2019 to 2049, for a total nominal amount of NAf. 32.9 million at an issue price of 100 per cent.

Government has accepted the subscriptions at a price of 100 per cent at a yield of 0.74 per cent.

Settlement by the subscriber is due at the Central Bank on Friday, May 10, 2019.
