The Prosecutor's Office is also investigating the account. Giterson said he only social media platform he communicates with the public is his Facebook page: www.facebook.com/ministergiterson.

Giterson is not the only minister whose name has been linked to a fake account. However, his is the first on the photo sharing platform Instragram.

Prime Minister Leona Romeo-Marlin and Justice Minister Cornelius de Weever have had their names linked to fake Facebook accounts. Those accounts have since been pulled down.
