Flash flooding

The erratic Tropical Storm Dorian passed closer to St. Maarten than originally predicted, dropping a copious amount of rain on the island and the rest of the Northeastern Caribbean.

Some streets, like this one in Beacon Hill, turned into small rivers yesterday and drivers had to be cautious to avoid submerged obstacles and debris.
