Female force

“Ambassador” Alicia M. Liverpool focused on the theme “BalanceForBetter” by exploring the ways women can effectively balance life and leadership for International Women’s Day at WELL: Women Executives in Life and Leadership. WELL is one of Liverpool’s initiative.

The luncheon was recently in Sheer. Eleven women executives from government, law, education, and business. Also honoured were three stalwarts/forerunners: Nilda Arduin (the country’s first ombudsman), Mavis Brooks-Salmon (vice-chairwoman of the Council of Advice) and Linda Richardson (Electoral Council). WELL seeks to foster this type of culture and build relationships and partnerships to see each other Reign-WELL in life and leadership. WELL is a monthly convening of women leaders in St. Maarten/St. Martin for executive coaching and leadership development.
