Vice President of the Council of State of the Dutch Kingdom Piet Hein Donner (second left) paid a working visit to St. Eustatius last week.
He was met at the F.D. Roosevelt airport by St. Eustatius Commissioner Marcolino “Mike” Franco (centre) and his deputy Mervyn Stegers.
