PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The House of Parliament will sit in a plenary session on October 24, 2017. The Prime Minister will be present.
The plenary session which was adjourned on Thursday, October 12, 2017 will be reconvened on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 14.00 hrs in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg.
The agenda point is State of preparedness hurricane season, Disaster management hurricane Irma, Reconstruction following the devastation by hurricane Irma.
Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.
The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.
The parliamentary session will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 120, via Pearl Radio FM 98.1, the audio via the Internet www.pearlfmradio.sx, and via www.sxmparliament.org and also Parliament FB page: Parliament of Sint Maarten.
