Swali Cab Taxi Association has announced that Isaac Germain (centre) is the new President of the association following a recent meeting of the board.
The association said it will continue to strengthen relationships already established between organisations and Swali Cab. Germain is sitting next to Raymond Helligar as other board members look on.
